Owing to the cost of high data cost in West Africa, it's been a burden to legwork as far as I can to find a better possible rate for heavy internet users.
I came to find this package by etisalat now that i am in etisalat abhored region. Here it's either airtel, mtn or none. Glo? Still wondering. Etisalat is the worst you can think about here in Yenagoa, but for those who have etisalat 3.75G network near you, and those who download or stream alot this is for you.Can you start smiling? Lol
Mtn has hourly plan package where you surf 2hours at #250. Here you can not browse beyond 150mb. So within the 2hours your download or surfing cant exceed 150mb which is too small for me.
Airtel does not have an hourly plan that I know of yet.
Since Etisalat seems to be the best Internet Data provider for now in Nigeria in terms of speed and stability, it's a good news to heave beside them. So searching for their hourly plan i came across this package called PayG plan.
ETISALAT PAYG PLAN
This plan when you subscribe, you would browse at the rate of N15 (fifteen naira) per every 5minutes, i.e 3N/M (N3/minute). Each minute you browse, 3naira is gone. It may seem quit expensive but for heavy downloaders and streaming lovers, this is very cheap and best where you have stable and fast 3G etisalat service. I recommend this for my friends and brethren who watch/download Video files always.
My Reasons For recommending this Etisalat PayG:
- 1hour complete streaming/downloading/browsing you pay N180 only
- The downloading/streaming is unlimited. Within one hour, you can stream or donwload 5GB file depending on your downloading software or browser speed. Also see Fast and Save Download and software with Net transport

- Dial *229*0# This will cancel every previous subscription registered on your seem
- Dial *229*5*7# This will put you into the PayG.
